Structured Challenge Design
Customised 4–12 week frameworks covering movement, nutrition awareness, sleep quality, and team connection. Educational guides and tracking templates provided.
Educational programmes designed to foster positive habits and team connection through structured wellness challenges.
Corporate wellness challenges are not about achieving dramatic transformations. They're about creating shared experience, building positive micro-habits, and fostering a culture where health is valued. We design frameworks that feel engaging, not punitive—helping teams discover what sustainable wellbeing looks like for their unique environment.
Our programmes are purely educational and informational. They provide structure, motivation, and community, but they are not therapeutic or medical in nature.

You'd benefit from an intimate challenge where everyone knows each other and peer support is organic. Consider a focused theme (sleep, movement, or mindfulness) to keep engagement high without overwhelming.
Get RecommendationsYou're in the sweet spot for team challenges. Mix department-level teams with cross-functional activities. Leaderboards and team recognition work well at this scale.
Start Your ChallengeEnterprise scale requires careful design. We recommend regional or divisional groups within a unified challenge. Multiple check-in formats ensure everyone feels included.
Design Custom ProgramWhat teams in similar organisations experience (illustrative scope—not outcomes or guarantees).
Figures reflect survey responses from participating teams and programme scope. They are not medical or health outcome data. Individual experiences vary significantly.
Wellness challenges are fundamentally about belonging. When a team moves together, learns together, and celebrates together, they build the social foundation for a healthier workplace—not just physically, but emotionally and organisationally.
We design every element to be inclusive, playful, and sustainable. The goal is for teams to discover what wellbeing means to them, not to achieve an external standard.
Daily movement micro-habits paired with team check-ins. Walks, desk stretches, group sports. Focus: energy and camaraderie.
Evening routines, sleep education, wind-down accountability. Focus: recovery and morning readiness as a team value.
Simple meal planning, hydration tracking, mindful eating education. Focus: sustainable practices, not restrictive dieting.

Individual experiences. Results and engagement vary by team, industry, and implementation.
«Our team felt genuinely connected during the challenge. The structure was simple, the themes were relatable, and people actually stuck with the habits. That's what mattered most to us.»
— Sarah, HR Director, Tech Startup, Sydney
«We weren't looking for a fitness programme; we wanted culture-building. This nailed it. Everyone felt like they belonged, regardless of fitness level.»
— Marcus, Operations Manager, Finance Services, Melbourne
«The flexibility was key. Our team adapted the framework to suit our schedule, and it still felt structured and motivating. That doesn't happen often.»
— Priya, Office Manager, Consulting Firm, Brisbane
«Post-challenge, we saw more people using the quiet room, booking lunch together, and mentioning wellness naturally in conversations. The culture shift was subtle but real.»
— David, Executive Director, Non-Profit, Perth
No. We provide educational frameworks and community-building tools. These are not medical, therapeutic, or clinical services. Participants with health concerns should consult appropriate professionals.
Absolutely. Our challenges are designed for inclusion. Every activity has options, and participation (not performance) is celebrated. Teams often discover that the least obvious people derive the most value.
Minimal. Daily activities are typically 5–15 minutes. Weekly check-ins take another 15–30 minutes. We design for busy teams—sustainability over intensity.
Participation should always be voluntary. We help you design inclusive opt-in messaging that encourages engagement without pressure. Some of the best outcomes come from optional, self-selected participation.
We focus on engagement metrics (participation rates, daily activity completion) and team feedback (connection, learning, enjoyment). We do not measure health outcomes—that's not our domain. Success looks like sustained team culture and willingness to do it again.
No recurring fees. We provide post-challenge guides to help you sustain momentum internally. Optional follow-up support and future challenges are available if you choose.
Let's design a challenge that fits your organisation, your people, and your goals.
